Made-to-Order Products

Many Ellis Art Studio products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Because these items are produced on demand, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Most made-to-order products are prepared for shipment within approximately 2–7 business days. Production times may vary depending on the product, availability, order volume, and time of year.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges and available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Delivery time begins after production is complete and the order has been shipped. Carrier transit times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello.ellisartstudio@gmail.com. Once an order has entered production or has been prepared for shipment, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Original Artwork

Original artwork is packaged and shipped separately from made-to-order printed products. Processing times, shipping methods, and any special delivery information for an original work may be stated on the individual artwork listing.
